What and how do we verify?

Before any AD goes live on the site; we verify that we have a real person behind the AD 

A Each person must record a real-Time video showing a secret keyword that we assign them;  And based on physical appearance, we try to ascertain the gender, and resemblance of the posted photos in the AD with the person posting.  
The goal is to ensure no one pretends to be who they are not, or use fake photos.
